• 2. waiting for sailing permit from harbor master
  
• 3. there are technical problems from the boat so it takes time to make repairs
  
• 4. the boat is late arriving at the port
  
• 5. weather constraints
  
• Fastboat schedule delays are not the authority of Penidago, we are only an agent who sells tickets.
  
• Penidago e-voucher is a valid proof of purchase from the Penidago website, this e-voucher can be used to check-in at the fast boat counter for get a boarding pass.
  
• Please check in 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time to avoid long queues.
  
• KITAS/KITAP Holder is same price with Foreign
• Domestic Price only valid for Indonesian ID Card



Refund & Reschedule



• Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation from SPEEDBOAT due to bad weather, big waves, natural disasters, problem boat engine, boat staff refuse e-voucher penidago who passengers that showing will get 100% money back guarantee or can reschedule for free of charged
  
• Tickets that have been purchased cannot be canceled
• No refunds, no cancellation


• Re-Schedule Policy
• Reschedule from PASSENGERS by choosing another schedule from same SPEEDBOAT company at least maximally 12 hours before the departure time, rescheduling is free of charge based on the availability of the chosen schedule seat
  
• If PASSENGERS will make reschedules by selecting a departure time by different SPEEDBOAT Company from the first choice, the Passengers will be charge additional cost. Please discuss with CS team for detail
  
• Reschedule with different SPEEDBOAT Company from the first choice will be accepted based on seat availability

• Before book the ticket via the website, please ask in advance for available seats via email cs.penidago@gmail.com or Whatsapp +6281338447944
• For passengers who have already successfully paid and received an automatic e-voucher from Penidago, the E-voucher cannot be declared successful because of the Policy of the Boat Company, Penidago must confirm your order in advance for 1x24 hours
• After the Boat Company receives a new booking from Penidago, we will confirm the official E-ticket from the Boat to your email or Whatsapp
• If the boat company refuses the penidago's order, then we will refund full your order 2x24 hours
• After booking the ticket, Passengers must confirm the Passenger Name List via email cs.penidago@gmail.com
