Flexibility Policy

• Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation from Fast Boat because of conditions and situations that are not possible (Force Mejeure) such as: Great Wave, Bad weather, the safety equipment on the boat is incomplete and damage to the Speed Boat. So customers are required to get a refund according from total payment less 5% for bank admin fee
  
• Cancellation from Passenger minimum 120 hours (5 Days) prior to departure time of fast boat, the refund subject to a cancellation fee 15% from your total payment
  
• Cancellation from Passenger between 72 hours (3 Days) hours prior to departure time of fast boat, the refund subject to a cancellation fee 20% from your total payment
  
• Cancellation from Passenger 24 hours before to departure time of fast boat, the refund subject to a cancellation fee 50% from your total payment
  


• Cancellation from Passenger 24 hours after to departure time of fast boat, It is non Refundable
  


• Re-schedule Policy
• Reschedule from Passenger minimum 120 hours (5 Days) prior to departure time of fast boat, the reschedule subject to add charge fee 10% of basic fare for one passenger ticket (based on passenger type)
  
• Reschedule from Passenger between 72 hours (3 Days) prior to departure time of fast boat, the reschedule subject to add charge fee 15% of basic fare for one passenger ticket (based on passenger type)
  
• Reschedule from Passenger 24 hours prior to departure time of fast boat, the reschedule subject to add charge fee 20% of basic fare for one passenger ticket (based on passenger type)
